Trust Deed
Open to those owing over £10,000, you could be free from debt in three years with just one simple monthly payment.

For those who have debts that they simply cannot pay, sequestration (also known as personal bankruptcy) can offer a fresh start with some or all of your debts completely written off.

Low Income Low Asset (LILA)
An accessible route to bankruptcy for those with assets valued at less than £10,000 and earn no more than the equivalent to 40 hours work per week on the current minimum wage.

Debt Arrangement Scheme (DAS)
A government-run debt management solution which aims to repay the full amount owed in affordable monthly payments without putting your assets or legal status at risk.
